Beau began his career as an award winning chef graduating from Johnson & Wales University. Beau also earned an honorary Sommelier degree from L'ecole de Savignac in France. During his time as Lead Attendant in the Player's and Family Hospitality Center for the Masters Tournament at Augusta National Golf Club, Beau gained invaluable knowledge in all areas of hospitality and service. Upon his return to NJ, he teamed with Chef Pat Trama to open Trama's Trattoria in Long Branch in 2015.

Nick boasts over fifteen years of luxury foodservice and preparation. His curiosity and competitive nature always moved him to the next aspect of fine dining- working as a line cook, waiter, and maitre d. Working in some of New Jersey's most highly regarded establishments, such as Moonstruck and Osteria Dante, Nick has honed an ability to expertly manage every aspect of fine dining and food service. The same drive and spirit pushes all aspects of FIG.
